This smoothie is so good, it reminds me of my favorite ice cream – mint chocolate chip. I keep saying that I will add cacao nibs to it the next time I make it, that time still has not arrived. I remember as a kid going to the mall and looking forward to getting an orange julius and sometimes if I was lucky a pretzel. I always had to share with my siblings until I was a teenager. Once I started going to the mall with my friends, we always stopped for an orange julius and many heart to heart talks.
